Release note:

Find TAvatarPainter in the Navigator Dock. Use it just like the regular
TPainter with 2 small differences: 1) Use the Save button at the top to save a ".tea" file of the Pooh image, or 2) use the Keep button on the right to replace the current avatar with the Pooh image.

I'm sure better things are coming for Croquet, but this is fun for now.
