• Non official package - Just a package for Squeak, no community guarantees. :)
• Not backwards compatible - Code has changed and breaks compatibility for sure.
• Squeak3.9 - Released 8 Dec 2006.
• Only extensions, no changes - Code extensions but no changes in existing code.
• Stable - Useable by all. Bugs are rare.
• Development tools - Add-on development tools for Squeak.
• SqueakL + MIT - Dual licensed under both SqueakL and MIT. This enables both base Squeak inclusion and 100% reuse. Recommended prior to 4.0.
• Squeak3.9-alpha - This is the now obsolete development version of 3.9.

To auto categorize methods on save, you should execute this:

AutomaticMethodCategorizerApplier install.

I have tested it with: the default system browser, the refactoring browser and Omnibrowser... but if you have any problem, execute:

AutomaticMethodCategorizerApplier uninstall.

To edit the categorization rules open a browser in:
AutomaticMethodCategorizer classdefaultCategorizationRules
(sorry no UI editor in this version)

Also there is a menu option using the services framework, but you have to relbuild the services registry:

You can also use the categorizer to categorize your methods without a browser
(usefull for bulk recategorization). See AutomaticMethodCategorizerTest for examples.
