Variables Pane for Browsers in base Squeak

• Squeak3.10 - Released 11 May 2008
• Code changes, but only internal - Code has changed but should not affect external behavior.
• Stable - Useable by all. Bugs are rare.
• SqueakL - The original license of Squeak from Apple. Obsolete since Squeak 4.0 (which only accepts MIT contributions). SqueakL is not recommended to be used for new projects.
• Development tools - Add-on development tools for Squeak.

I received an e-mail from someone saying that this enhancement wasn't working quite correctly in Squeak 3.10.2. Now, I haven't touched this code, since 2003. I was actually surprised that anyone was still using it. Well, it is pretty useful. So I spent a little time and made an update that works for Squeak 3.10.2. It's available here as a Monticello package.
