Some changes to the MVC interface:

Simpler and smaller scrollbars that have just a dragable marker and paging regions above and below. UI preferences taken from STPs SmallColoredScrollBars.st.

Do not use top or bottom delimiters in lists. Remove all references (instVars, methods) from the image.
