Description:

Breakpoint support - add's a "toggle breakpoint" for methods in the
method pane of the standard browsers. This is very usefull for debugging
a method without manually putting a "self halt" into it.
(note that the menue does not appear in the Refactoring Browser if the RB is
loaded)
