FastSocketStream

• Squeak3.9-alpha - This is the now obsolete development version of 3.9.
• No code changes - Documentation and test changes, but not in code.
• Beta - Useable but still not stable, probably has bugs.
• SqueakL + MIT - Dual licensed under both SqueakL and MIT. This enables both base Squeak inclusion and 100% reuse. Recommended prior to 4.0.

This release works fine with KomHttpServer and has a first draft of a class comment plus an appended long detailed description on how it differs from SocketStream.

I have benchmarked it in KomHttpServer and depending on load and other parameters it is either as fast or much, much faster than the ordinary SocketStream.

I would be grateful for any feedback.
