Major release 4.0
1. A new controller component that uses the Squeak to .NET bridge has been added. This component implements its controller functions using a separately built .NET Assembly from the PowerSDR source. This has the great advantage of being correct for all hardware options including USB (I still have to work on the USB module so it's not working right now). The 1.3 implementation is limited to the 3 board stack and parallel port. This controller will probably become the preferred one for the Windows environment.
2. VAC support and auto card search for channel settings.
3. A new component called the SDR Manager simplifies building and using the radio. This is just a start and can build one default radio as shown on this page a present. Expect this component to grow - a lot.
Minor release 4.02
