Release note:

This is a newer version of the Ogg Vorbis decoder with the MDCT (Modified Discrete Cosine Transform) converted to primitives. In keeping with the "pure" port concept, the primitives are generated via VMMaker and need no external files.
Obviously VMMaker needs to be installed before this package as the plugin subclasses SmartSyntaxInterpreterPlugin.

This release basically doubles the speed.
