An optional package that installs a Syntax Highlighted Workspace, which can be opened from the World,open...,Shout Workspace menu item. Requires Shout.3 or later to be installed first. Previous versions of Shout applied syntax highlighting to all workspaces. This was annoying if the workspace was being used to edit plain text. Shout.3 no longer syntax highlights workspaces, hence the need for a distinct ShoutWorkspace.
