The LatexMorph makes use of Latex and Ghostscript, which must be installed on your system, to format Latex commands, and display the output in the morph. The output is anti-aliased (thanks to Ghostscript). All errors in Latex commands are caught and reported on screen.

Among other things, this enables mathematical formulae to be displayed in Squeak, using the excellent TeX layout engine.

The LatexMorph depends on OSProcess and the OSProcessPlugin being installed in the Squeak image.

To use in Squeak 3.8 or SqueakPlugin, you'll need this bugfix from mantis:
