Package removal

Code removing a package from the image posted for review. It is meant for the update stream and is temporarily on SqueakMap.

Packages

Specific releases are shown with auto version number within parenthesis.

• BabyIDE () - Work with code for system state and system behavior separately
• Celeste Removal (1-1.02) - Refactors mail-handling code and then removes Celeste references
• GamesRemoval (1-1) - Separates Led* classes into a new category and prepares to delete the games
• MEPS () - Matching Extensions for PositionableStream
• PWS Removal (1-0.2) - Script that removes the Pluggable Web Server (PWS) package from Squeak.
• Scamper Removal (1-1.01) - Removes Scamper and HTML-parsing stuff
• SpeechRemoval (1) - Removes the speech synthesis and face animation stuff from the image
• Worlds Of Squeak Removal (1-2) - A script to remove the 3.6b Worlds Of Squeak project and readme windows
